Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks a Specialist Process Engineer to assure technical integrity and regulatory compliance across the project scope. You will monitor contractor deliverables, lead process reviews and coordinate with licensors and the company to ensure safe, cost-effective design.

The role requires offshore project exposure, ADNOC familiarity, and a strong background in process management within the Oil & Gas or petrochemical sectors.

Qualifications

• 4 year bachelor’s degree in engineering is must.
• Must be fluent in English language (Written & Spoken).
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position on mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• 5+ years of GCC experience is preferred.
• Offshore project experience is required.
• ADNOC Project experience is required.
• Process management experience.
• Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Technical Integrity: verifying and achieving project deliverables in line with codes, standards and basis of design.
• Monitor EPC contractor deliverables for quality, time and budget.
• Lead process engineering reviews and ensure compliance with project scope and technical specs.
• Coordinate communications between Licensor, Contractor and Company.
• Support project management and project controls with monthly reporting.
