Worley in Abu Dhabi invites a senior PMC Engineering lead to oversee the engineering, procurement and contractor interfaces for oil & gas projects. The role demands extensive offshore experience and strong leadership across disciplines.

The successful candidate will drive excellence in project execution, safety, and governance while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery within the contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 15+ years in oil & gas industry.
• Minimum 5 years GCC experience.
• Experience in FEED & EPC projects.
• Experience in PMC roles.
• Experience in Gas Processing, midstream projects.
• Must have previous experience working in offshore projects.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Offshore projects.
• ADNOC experience is preferrable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PMC Engineering group and supervise Contractor during Engineering and Procurement phases.
• Ensure PMC personnel are competent to perform duties as identified in the PMC Contract.
• Lead development and implementation of engineering processes, procedures and systems.
• Ensure Engineering group is resourced with correct disciplines and size to meet contract.
• Provide independent project management consultancy and risk advice during Engineering/Procurement phases.
• Coordinate design reviews considering constructability, operability and maintainability.
• Coordinate vendor document processing and obtain Owner approvals for engineering design.
