Job summary

WorleyParsons Arabia Limited Co in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver a major onshore gas storage project from Concept FEED through EPC support. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client interfaces, and ensure schedule, cost and quality targets are met.

The role requires extensive Oil & Gas project experience, strong governance, and proven leadership across FEED, Detailed Design and EPCM phases with a focus on safety and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of Oil and Gas project experience.
• 10+ years in Project Management roles.
• Experience delivering onshore gas processing/storage facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large-scale onshore gas storage projects per contractual requirements.
• Act as single client interface and manage progress reviews and governance.
• Oversee engineering, interfaces, risk, cost and schedule performance.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and profitability; support commercial discussions.
• Promote HSE culture and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Mentor project engineers and discipline leads; build a high-performance team.
• Prepare Monthly Reports, dashboards and risk registers.
