Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport is seeking a Program Manager Launch and Expansion to define strategy and drive execution of new Amazon Now launches. You will partner with product, engineering, operations, marketing and other teams to deliver timely, high-impact initiatives in the UAE.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data-driven decision making and stakeholder management across senior leadership. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in program management and a track record of end-to-end delivery

Qualifications

4+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Proven ability to define and implement process improvements using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute program plans for new launches and expansions.
Define and implement operational processes and metrics to support new initiatives.
Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate program status, risks and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of launch processes and playbooks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and measure success.
