Qualifications

• Four years of program or project management experience.
• Three years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• Three years defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree required; engineering background preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLookups; SQL knowledge.
• Experience defining program requirements and using metrics to drive improvements.
• Four years of FC operations experience; layout and FC design literacy.
• Three years driving end-to-end delivery and reporting to leadership.
• Three years driving process improvements and stakeholder management.
• Experience building processes, project schedules and cross-stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Work backwards from customer needs to scope program requirements and milestones.
• Own program trackers and communicate progress to internal/external stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure timely completion of launch tasks.
• Solve problems with ambiguity in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery with multiple stakeholders and tracks.
• Present project status, risks and changes to senior leadership.
• Analyze launch performance data and develop expansion initiatives.
