Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for Launch and Expansion to drive the rollout of new facilities in the region. You will own cross-functional programs, coordinate with teams across business, technology, design and construction, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• 4+ years of FC operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• literacy in layout and FC design

Responsibilities

• Scope and define program requirements from customer perspective.
• Drive multiple time-sensitive actions through multiple teams.
• Own program trackers for stakeholder updates.
• Solve problems with ambiguity in a fast-changing landscape.
• Coordinate end-to-end tasks across stakeholders to meet launch milestones.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams and present to senior leadership.
• Gather and analyze launch performance data.
• Develop initiatives to support expansion strategies.
