Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking a Launch Manager to lead cross-functional, end-to-end projects for scaling new fulfillment centers. You will own scope, create detailed plans, mitigate risks, and coordinate multiple teams to meet launch milestones. The role requires strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

You will report to senior leadership, drive process improvements, and help expand the network while delivering results for customers in the region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL knowledge.
• 4+ years FC operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Scope and define program requirements and milestones.
• Own program trackers and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure launch tasks are completed.
• Analyze launch performance data and drive improvements.
• Present projects to senior leadership on status and risks.
