Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport is seeking a Program Manager Launch and Expansion to define strategy and drive execution of new Amazon Now launches. You will partner with product, engineering, operations, marketing and other teams to deliver timely, high-impact initiatives in the UAE.

The role emphasizes process improvement, data-driven decision making and stakeholder management across senior leadership. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in program management and a track record of end-to-end delivery

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Proven ability to define and implement process improvements using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager Launch and Expansion will be responsible for defining and driving the strategy and execution of new Amazon Now launches and expansions This role requires a strong understanding of program management process improvement and cross-functional collaboration You will work closely with product engineering operations marketing and other teams to ensure successful and timely launches of new services and features
