Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking a Program Manager - Network Expansion in Dubai to lead end-to-end facility launches and expansion across the UAE. You will coordinate across operations, engineering, real estate, finance, procurement, technology, contractors, and service providers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with safe and compliant handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (e.g., engineering, finance, CS, math).
• Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience.
• At least 3 years delivering complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to identify improvements.
• Strong project-management capability: planning, scheduling, status reporting, risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of facility launch, network expansion, and growth programs across the UAE.
• Manage projects from site selection through design, construction, launch, and handover.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and owners.
• Create launch schedules and governance mechanisms with visibility across initiatives.
• Establish risk-management plans and drive corrective actions for milestones being at risk.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, real estate, finance, procurement, technology, and contractors.
• Collaborate with real estate on site selection, lease requirements, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with finance on capital planning, budget approvals, expenditure tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with procurement to source equipment, services, and vendors.
• Ensure readiness of systems, connectivity, and tech infrastructure before launch.
• Monitor vendor/contractor performance and track progress with dashboards.
