Job summary

Liwa Trading Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead Performance Management, Learning and Development, Succession Planning initiatives and HR policy management.

The role is a strategic leadership position focused on building a high-performance culture, designing innovative learning solutions, strengthening organizational capabilities and aligning people strategy with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to L&D, OD and Performance Management.
• Experience designing and implementing L&D strategies, competency frameworks and succession planning.
• Strong background in organizational design, change management and culture transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, ATD, CPTD or equivalent are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Learning and Development strategies aligned with the company plan.
• Define and implement performance management strategies and KPI frameworks.
• Develop and manage succession planning programs and policy.
• Provide governance for HR policies and process management.
• Manage budgets, vendor relations, and annual training needs analysis (TNA).
• Coach and develop teams; establish an inspiring, open communication culture.
