RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a Key Account Manager – Automation in Dubai to develop new business and manage strategic accounts across industrial automation, instrumentation, and telecom solutions. You will drive growth via project identification, technical solution selling, client visits, and successful order conversion.

Qualified candidates have a minimum of 5 years in B2B technical sales, strong Arabic and English communication, and established UAE/GCC industry relationships for negotiating

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
5+ years of proven B2B technical sales experience.
Experience developing industrial or infrastructure accounts and negotiating contracts.
Fluent in Arabic and English with strong UAE/GCC relationships.

Aufgaben

Develop new business and manage strategic accounts in automation and related fields.
Drive sales growth through project identification, solution selling, and order conversions.
Build relationships with end users, OEMs, consultants, system integrators and government entities to secure specs.
Manage pipelines, forecasts, account plans, and CRM reporting with cross-functional teams.
