Job summary

The Talents Nation in Dubai seeks a Key Account Manager in Automation to develop new business and manage strategic accounts across industrial automation, instrumentation, networking, wireless, and telecom solutions.

You will drive sales through project identification, solution selling, and effective negotiations, while coordinating with technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth in the UAE.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Proven B2B technical sales experience in industrial instrumentation, automation, networking, or telecom.
Strong negotiation and account management skills with UAE/GCC relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop new business and manage strategic accounts across automation, networking, and telecom solutions.
Drive sales growth through project identification, technical solution selling, and successful order conversion.
Build relationships with end users, OEMs, consultants, system integrators, and government entities to secure specifications and opportunities.
Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, account plans, and CRM reporting, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure satisfaction and revenue growth.
