Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in sales management or as a sales team lead.
• Strong technical understanding of mechatronics-related products, industrial automation, weighing systems, POS, and lifting equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechanical).
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar); fluent in English with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set sales targets, develop UAE & GCC market strategies, and drive overall revenue growth.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the sales team; establish KPIs, targets, and performance incentives.
• Manage strategic customer relationships, lead major negotiations, and develop new industrial accounts.
• Manage the sales pipeline, CRM activities, forecasts, quotations, follow-ups, and closing performance.
• Monitor competitors and market trends, identify new opportunities, and expand into target sectors.
• Work closely with technical, operations, marketing, and management teams to support customer solutions and product positioning.
