The Key Account Manager for Utility-Scale BESS at Jinko ESS is responsible for building and maintaining strategic client relationships in the energy storage sector. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience in renewable energy or energy storage sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of BESS technology, market trends, and key industry players.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relations with key decision-makers in targeted clients (developers, IPPs, EPCs, utilities, government).
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
• Engage early with clients to understand challenges and convert into opportunities.
• Stay updated on BESS tech and market trends; provide technical insights to clients.
