Job summary

StarCharge in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior sales lead to drive utility-scale BESS solutions in the Dubai market. You will develop strategies, manage key accounts, and coordinate with engineering to deliver customized energy storage solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in energy storage or renewable project development, English proficiency, and travel flexibility. Chinese experience is a plus, with preference for candidates familiar with local grid policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in power systems, energy management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in new energy storage or PV/Wind project development.
• Experience with Chinese enterprises is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Familiar with national and regional power grid policies and energy regulations.
• Strong communication and English skills; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market demand in the country and region.
• Manage and expand customer relationships by identifying, following up with, and closing potential clients.
• Provide technical and business solution support by understanding utility-scale BESS business solutions with the technical team.
• Research and understand grid policies and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and standards.
• Conduct market analysis and reporting on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Team collaboration and training: assist in building the international market team and training.
