Job summary

Mustakbal Clean Tech in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a BESS & Hybrid Systems Engineer to design, size, and commission storage solutions paired with utility-scale solar across the region.

You will work with SCADA/OT and EPC teams, develop control philosophies for PV + BESS hybrids, support on-site commissioning and performance testing, and gain exposure to first-of-their-kind storage projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Power Systems Engineering.
• Experience with BESS design, sizing, or commissioning.
• Understanding of grid codes and power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Design and size battery energy storage systems for grid-connected and hybrid projects.
• Develop control philosophies for PV + BESS hybrid plants.
• Support commissioning and performance testing on site.
• Coordinate with SCADA/OT and EPC teams across project phases.
