• Negotiation and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee day-to-day policy-related activities and ensure accurate policy administration.
• Lead renewal discussions, obtain terms from insurers and prepare comparative options.
• Coordinate client engagement, wellness sessions, and effective policy communications.
• Handle escalations relating to claims or policy changes and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services and support account growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams and insurers to ensure seamless service delivery.
