Job summary

Nexus Insurance Brokers is seeking a capable client relationship professional in Dubai to manage corporate accounts and ensure top-tier service across policy administration, renewals, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate with insurers, consultants, and internal teams to deliver seamless outcomes for clients in the UAE region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with corporate clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, insurers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Manage policy administration, including responding to enquiries and monitoring new business orders.
• Lead renewal discussions and negotiations at least two months prior to policy expiry.
• Conduct regular client meetings and quarterly claims reviews.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services and solutions to existing clients.
• Coordinate with insurers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
