Nexus Insurance Brokers Ltd. in Dubai seeks a Key Account Manager (KAM) for Employee Benefits to manage and grow strategic corporate client relationships. You will coordinate with insurers and internal teams to ensure seamless policy administration, timely renewals, and exceptional client service.

The Key Account Manager KAM Employee Benefits is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key corporate clients ensuring a high standard of service effective policy administration and strong client retention The role serves as the primary point of contact for designated corporate accounts and involves overseeing day-to-day policy-related activities coordinating with insurers and internal teams supporting renewals and client requirements and ensuring a seamless client experience.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary liaison between clients insurers consultants and internal teams to address enquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Handle client complaints professionally and elevate matters to the appropriate internal functions when required. Maintain accurate records of client communications issues and resolutions.
Respond to client enquiries within agreed service timelines acknowledging requests and coordinating with insurers and relevant internal teams for resolution. Monitor the implementation of new business orders and ensure timely completion with support from the Assistant. Review policy documentation for accuracy and completeness before releasing documents to clients. Ensure appropriate follow-up on implementation processes and agreed delivery timelines.
Initiate renewal discussions with clients at least two months prior to policy expiry. Obtain and follow up on renewal terms from insurers approximately 45 days prior to expiry or earlier where required by the client. Obtain alternative quotations and prepare comparative options for clients where appropriate. Lead renewal discussions and negotiations in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders. Oversee the implementation of renewal instructions and ensure timely delivery of all required documentation to clients.
Conduct regular client meetings including quarterly visits where appropriate to strengthen relationships and understand ongoing requirements. Conduct quarterly claims reviews and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address key observations and requirements. Coordinate wellness sessions and employee engagement initiatives for clients as required. Arrange client induction sessions and support effective communication of insurance-related processes. Provide clients with clear guidance on policy procedures including reimbursement processes authorisations and general enquiries.
Support clients with escalations relating to claims additions and deletions by coordinating with insurers and relevant internal teams. Identify and resolve technical or service-related issues promptly escalating complex matters through the appropriate internal channels when required. Ensure all escalations are followed through to resolution and communicated appropriately to the client.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional services and solutions relevant to existing client requirements. Coordinate alternative quotations and solutions where required. Support the development and retention of existing corporate accounts through proactive account management and high-quality service delivery.
Work closely with the Employee Benefits team consultants KAO Assistants and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery. Coordinate with insurers across the Nexus panel through Broker Relations Managers and or relevant insurer administration teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for designated Nexus corporate clients and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.
Success in this role will be demonstrated through strong client relationships effective account management timely execution of policy and renewal requirements proactive issue resolution high client satisfaction and retention and identification of opportunities to support account growth.
