Nexus Insurance Brokers LLC is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager (Employee Benefits) in Dubai to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients. You will serve as the main contact for designated accounts, ensuring seamless policy administration, timely renewals, and proactive client engagement across the Nexus panel with insurers and internal teams.

Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on corporate clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Highly organized with strong follow-up and deadline management.
Solid understanding of Employee Benefits and corporate insurance servicing.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.

Mansioni

Develop and maintain relationships with designated corporate clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary liaison between clients, insurers, consultants, and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Coordinate renewals, quotations, and delivery of required documents in a timely manner.
Conduct regular client meetings and quarterly reviews to understand ongoing requirements.
Coordinate with insurers and internal teams for claims-related escalations and issue resolution.
Identify opportunities to expand services and support client growth.
