Job summary

Schneider Electric in Dubai seeks an experienced EPC Key Account Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with major Chinese EPCs operating in the Gulf. You will drive growth by identifying opportunities early and aligning our solutions across Energy, Buildings, and Infrastructure.

As an individual contributor, you will own account planning, stakeholder engagement, and project pursuits, coordinating with regional teams to secure wins and expand market share in the Gulf region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience in Key Account Management, Project Sales, or EPC sales a plus.
• Mandarin and English language proficiency preferred; native or fluent Mandarin is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned Chinese EPC customers in the Gulf Cluster.
• Build relationships with executive leadership, project directors, engineering teams, and procurement stakeholders.
• Drive customer intimacy and position Schneider Electric as a preferred partner across energy, buildings, infrastructure, data centers and industrial segments.
• Lead account-specific pursuit strategies and coordinate with sales, segment, technical, and offer teams to win opportunities.
