Job summary

Schneider Electric in Dubai/Gulf region seeks an EPC China Key Account Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with leading Chinese EPC companies supporting projects across Energy, Buildings, Infrastructure, Water, Data Centers and Industry.

As an Individual Contributor, you will own strategic account planning, customer engagement, and project pursuits, working with country sales teams and regional stakeholders to grow market share among major Chinese EPC accounts in the Gulf.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Key Account Management, Project Sales, Business Development, or EPC Sales.
• Proven track record managing relationships with Chinese EPC companies.
• Strong understanding of EPC business models, project execution, and procurement processes.
• Experience in Energy Management, Electrification, Automation, Industrial Solutions, Buildings, Data Centers, or Infrastructure markets.
• Mandarin and English language proficiency preferred; native/fluent Mandarin is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned Chinese EPC customers operating in the Gulf Cluster.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership, project directors, engineering teams, and procurement stakeholders.
• Drive customer intimacy and establish Schneider Electric as a preferred technology and solutions partner.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across Gulf-based EPC-led projects.
• Lead account-specific pursuit strategies and coordinate with sales, segment, and technical teams.
