Job summary

TAT IT Technolgies is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager – IT Services to drive growth in the UAE market. The role requires a strong IT sales network, enterprise sales experience, and the ability to manage the full sales lifecycle.

Exposure to other GCC markets is a plus. The candidate will engage with government entities, system integrators, and enterprise customers to close deals and expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT Services and Digital Transformation solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, government entities, and system integrators.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for IT Services and Digital Transformation solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, government entities, and system integrators.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to prepare proposals and customer presentations.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
