Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced IT Portfolio Manager in Dubai to govern the organization's IT and digital transformation portfolio and ensure initiatives deliver the expected business outcomes, strategic value, and financial benefits.

You will bridge business sponsors, project teams, and executive leadership, define portfolio governance and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in value measurement, benefits realization, and investment optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in IT Portfolio Management, PMO, Digital Transformation, or Program Management.
Strong experience in benefits realization, business case management, and portfolio governance.
Knowledge of portfolio management methodologies (PPM, MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, financial, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Govern IT and digital transformation portfolio to deliver business outcomes.
Establish portfolio governance, prioritization, reporting and decision processes.
Define and monitor benefits realization frameworks, KPIs, and metrics.
Track planned vs. actual benefits across financial, operational, and strategic areas.
Collaborate with business sponsors for benefit ownership and timelines.
Provide portfolio dashboards, executive reports, and performance insights.
Identify portfolio risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
Ensure IT investments align with strategy and roadmaps.
Support business case development, benefits forecasting, and post-implementation value.
Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management and value measurement.
