Job summary

Dubai Holding Community Management seeks a Senior Manager - Project Delivery & IT Governance to lead large-scale IT and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. You will own the full project lifecycle, from business case through go-live, aligning IT strategy with enterprise priorities.

You will partner with business and IT leaders to shape roadmaps, manage budgets, and drive best practices in governance, risk, and delivery across global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT program and project management experience in large enterprises.
• Proven expertise in enterprise applications (CRM incl. Salesforce, ERP, Asset Management like Maximo, contact centers like Genesys, and RPA).
• Strong background in IT demand management, program delivery, enterprise architecture, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale IT and digital transformation projects across DHCM and partners.
• Oversee multiple programs with complex dependencies and high business impact.
• Define project plans, governance, budgets, and Reporting to PMO.
• Mentor project managers, analysts, and technical teams; ensure timely delivery.
