Job summary

flydubai is seeking an experienced IT PMO leader to oversee the IT portfolio across planning, budgeting, governance, delivery and benefits realization in Dubai. You will ensure strategic alignment, prioritization and value delivery across multiple IT programs and projects.

You will standardize PMO methodologies, monitor portfolio health, manage resources and vendor relationships, coordinate CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, and provide executives with concise insights and escalation as needed to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering, 3+ years.
• MBA preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience managing large IT portfolio projects.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships.
• Experience workforce planning and management for a large IT organization.
• 10–12 years of experience.
• PMI / ITIL certification; Six Sigma an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supports annual IT planning, budgeting and investment allocation.
• Establishes PMO standards, governance and delivery methodologies.
• Maintains portfolio health visibility (delivery, financials, risks, dependencies).
• Reviews business cases and CAPEX submissions for strategic alignment.
• Oversees resource demand and allocation across IT projects.
• Governs the IT Change Request portfolio with prioritization and tracking.
• Supports IT Vendor Management across procurement, contracts and renewals.
• Oversees portfolio risks, issues and cross-project dependencies.
• Provides senior leadership with concise portfolio insights and recommendations.
• Enhances PMO processes and leverages data and automation for governance.
