Fly Dubai is seeking an accomplished IT Portfolio Manager to lead the IT PMO, overseeing planning, budgeting, governance, and delivery across the IT portfolio. You will ensure strategic alignment, optimize resources, and provide executive visibility into value delivery.

You will partner with business and IT leadership to prioritise investments, track benefits, and drive continuous improvement in PMO processes, data analytics, and governance tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or Engineering; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT PMO and oversee planning, budgeting, governance, and delivery across the IT portfolio.
• Maintain portfolio health, drive prioritization and resource optimization.
• Provide senior leadership with concise portfolio insights and recommendations.
