Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced IT Portfolio Manager in Dubai to govern the organization's IT and digital transformation portfolio and ensure initiatives deliver the expected business outcomes, strategic value, and financial benefits.

You will bridge business sponsors, project teams, and executive leadership, define portfolio governance and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in value measurement, benefits realization, and investment optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT Portfolio Management, PMO, Digital Transformation, or Program Management.
• Strong experience in benefits realization, business case management, and portfolio governance.
• Knowledge of portfolio management methodologies (PPM, MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, financial, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Role Purpose

The IT Portfolio Manager is responsible for governing and monitoring the organization\'s IT and digital transformation portfolio, ensuring that approved initiatives deliver the expected business outcomes, strategic value, and financial benefits. The role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, project teams, and executive leadership to drive portfolio performance, benefits realization, and investment optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the portfolio of IT, digital, and transformation initiatives.
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance, prioritization, reporting, and decision-making processes.
• Define and monitor benefits realization frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics for all major initiatives.
• Track planned versus actual business benefits, including financial, operational, customer, and strategic outcomes.
• Partner with business sponsors to validate benefit ownership, accountability, and realization timelines.
• Provide portfolio dashboards, executive reports, and performance insights to leadership and governance committees.
• Identify portfolio risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment of IT investments with organizational strategy, business objectives, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support business case development, benefits forecasting, and post-implementation value assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management, project governance, and value measurement practices.
