Dubai Aviation Corporation is seeking an experienced IT PMO Leader to drive the IT portfolio across planning, budgeting, governance and delivery, ensuring investments align with business strategy and maximize value.

The role requires extensive experience in large IT portfolio programs, strategic partnerships, and leadership to optimize resources and drive execution with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Fluent in English and strong leadership skills.
• 10–12 years of experience in large IT portfolio programs.
• PMI/ITIL certification; Six Sigma accreditation an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT PMO and oversee the IT portfolio planning, budgeting, governance and delivery.
• Ensure alignment of technology investments with business strategy.
• Provide executive visibility on portfolio health and performance.
• Oversee resource demand, vendor management and cross-project dependencies.
• Drive process improvement, data-driven governance and automation.
