Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an Experienced IT Program Manager to lead the IT PMO and oversee a portfolio of strategic IT and digital transformation initiatives across the Group.

The role is a one-person PMO responsible for governance, delivery oversight, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, budgeting, risk management, and ensuring successful outcomes across concurrent initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years IT project/program management experience.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience establishing or running PMO governance, project controls, and portfolio reporting.
• Experience in diversified business environments is preferred, especially Real Estate, Construction / Contracting, Facilities Management, Retail, and Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT and business transformation projects.
• Establish PMO standards, governance frameworks, controls, and reporting.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Maintain IT project portfolio, roadmap, prioritization process, and executive reporting cadence.
• Provide regular portfolio dashboards, steering committee updates, and management presentations.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
• Drive user adoption, change management, training readiness, and benefits realization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, integration, and operational efficiency.
• Manage third-party deliverables, project performance, documentation, and governance compliance.
• Ensure project alignment with security, audit, data protection, and quality standards.

We are hiring for Experienced IT Program Manager to lead the IT PMO function and manage a portfolio of strategic technology and digital transformation initiatives across the Group. Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.

Experience

• 8–12 years of IT project/program management experience.

• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent technology and business transformation initiatives.

• Experience establishing or running PMO governance, project controls, and portfolio reporting.

• Experience in diversified business environments is preferred, especially Real Estate, Construction / Contracting,

Facilities Management, Retail, and Hospitality.

Preferred Technology Experience

• ERP platforms: SAP S/4HANA and Yardi Voyager.

• Procurement and HCM platforms: SAP Ariba and SAP SuccessFactors.

• CRM and customer platforms: Salesforce CRM and related integrations.

• Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Power Platform, and Power BI.

• IT service management platforms: ManageEngine, ServiceNow, or similar tools.

• System integration, workflow automation, document management, analytics, and cloud/infrastructure transformation projects.

  
  

• Preferred Certifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum Certification, and ITIL Foundation are preferred.

A hands-on, structured, and highly organized professional capable of operating independently as a one-person PMO,managing a broad portfolio of technology and business transformation initiatives while engaging senior leadership,business stakeholders, and external partners. Experience with SAP, Yardi, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365,Power BI, Ariba, service management platforms, and integrations will be a strong advantage.
