Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead engineering across iREF projects in the UAE, coordinating design, procurement, and site execution. You will support pre-sales, review tender docs, perform calculations, and guide installation and commissioning with consultants, suppliers, and Johnson Controls teams.

Required: Bachelor’s in refrigeration/mechanical engineering, PMP or equivalent, 5+ years in industrial refrigeration or EPC projects, CAD tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Refrigeration Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• PMP or equivalent project management qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration or related EPC projects.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, suppliers and site teams.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor).

Responsibilities

• Engineering coordination across project phases to ensure timely deliverables.
• Review IFC/shop drawings and provide clarifications to stakeholders.
• Prepare and track material submittals; support procurement.
• Provide site technical support and commissioning guidance.
• Manage interfaces between design, procurement, QA/QC, and site execution.
• Weekly progress reporting and risk mitigation.
