Job summary

Oliver Wyman in Dubai is recruiting an Internal Strategy Manager to join our IMEA team. You will collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement strategic initiatives that drive regional growth and enhance operational excellence.

You will leverage analytical skills to provide actionable insights, lead cross-functional projects, and ensure coordination with diverse stakeholders across markets and functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 3 years in analytical/strategic/consulting role; consulting firm experience required.
• Strong analytical and issue-resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic initiatives across the IMEA region.
• Provide data-driven decision support with in-depth analysis.
• Lead cross-functional projects with clear communication.
• Facilitate connectivity across functions and stakeholders.
• Assess and enhance operational efficiency with continuous improvement.
• Support executive leadership with materials for meetings.
• AdHoc business support to the IMEA Chief of Staff.
