Oliver Wyman in Dubai seeks an Associate to support sovereign investors, asset owners and fund managers across the IMEA region, helping with portfolio and asset allocation strategy, investment operating model and governance design.

You will participate in deal screening, commercial diligence and the build-out of new investment platforms, working with client teams and junior consultants.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or other similar organizations)
• Experience in investment advisory, sovereign wealth funds, asset management, or institutional investments
• Preferred: direct exposure to capital deployment, asset allocation, or investment operating model work
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
• Willingness to travel
• Fluency in English and Arabic

• Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and direct junior consultants to key elements; plan and execute analysis and craft recommendations
• Support sovereign investors, asset owners, and fund managers across the region on portfolio and asset allocation strategy, investment operating model and governance design
• Deal screening and commercial diligence; build-out of newly established investment platforms
• Provide insight to clients and project teams and help move projects forward
