Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement based in the United Arab Emirates. You will lead strategic initiatives and business enablement projects across the full delivery lifecycle, aligning with priorities and measurable outcomes.

You will work with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners, applying Agile and hybrid approaches to improve processes and governance while driving organizational impact.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of overall business experience with 3–4 years leading projects or change initiatives.
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline is preferred.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) is preferred.
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and close-out.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, discovery workshops, and process mapping.
• Proven ability to manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, facilitation, and consensus-building.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional PM methodologies; governance and executive support.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives through the full lifecycle.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, schedules, and governance.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping to define needs.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests; provide recommendations to sponsors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to align deliverables and communications.
• Prepare executive updates, risk assessments, and decision-ready materials.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery with backlog management and roadmap planning.
• Strengthen governance, delivery practices, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
• Coach stakeholders and teams on effective delivery and collaboration.
