Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in business/marketing/communications/social or political science/statistics/economics or related field.
• Hands-on experience in Research & Insights at an agency or in-house.
• Strong understanding of the Middle East region and business environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Arabic and other languages are a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with data and statistical analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Design methodological scope of primary/secondary research projects.
• Plan projects and manage internal resources.
• Track project costs and revenues for profitability.
• Analyze data and create storytelling reports.
• Develop recommendations and key insights.
• Create presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Provide strategic and consultative guidance to Edelman teams and clients.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ensure client satisfaction with high-quality servicing.
• Mentor junior profiles and share knowledge; delegate tasks effectively.
• Support business development: proposals, costing, and visual storytelling.
