Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Project Manager - Strategy & Impact Business Enablement to lead strategic initiatives and enable business outcomes. You will work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex needs into actionable plans, manage governance, and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, agile/hybrid delivery, and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

5–8 years of overall business experience.
3–4 years leading projects, programs, or change initiatives.
PM/PRINCE2 or PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
Define objectives, scope, success measures, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans.
Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and process mapping to establish scope.
Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; escalate as needed.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, leaders, and external partners to align deliverables.
Prepare executive-level updates, risk assessments, and decision materials.
Support Agile and hybrid delivery, including backlog and roadmap planning.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across communications, marketing, digital, and events.
Strengthen governance practices and project management maturity.
Coach stakeholders on effective delivery and collaboration.
