• Lead development and execution of growth strategies for the business.
• Drive multi-line, multi-region proposals from capture to interview.
• Coach interview readiness and color reviews.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go decisions and greenlight analyses.
• Analyze debriefs and client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support marketing and pursuit strategy across client markets.
• Lead special projects and potential direct reports.
• Be responsible for results of proposal activity.
