Job summary

Experts Plus Recruitment Services seeks a driven HR analyst to lead workforce planning, budgeting, and analytics initiatives in Dubai. You will develop dashboards, analyze staffing dynamics, and align workforce plans with budget and organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has a master’s in HR with 2+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI and HRIS/ERP systems. English is essential; Arabic is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR with 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in HR
• Diploma with 6+ years in HR or related field
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, budgeting and HR analytics
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI and HR dashboards (ERP or HRIS is a plus)
• Understanding of Emiratization and UAE government workforce planning
• Fluent English; Arabic highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement workforce-planning policies and procedures
• Identify future workforce requirements and competencies
• Study manpower needs in coordination with organizational units
• Maintain an accurate inventory of current vacancies
• Analyze staffing levels, supply and demand, and turnover
• Prepare and update job descriptions, workforce structures, and position data
• Analyze Emiratization reports and submit recommendations
• Prepare workforce dashboards, scenarios, forecasts, and risk assessments
• Ensure workforce plans align with budget and organizational structure
• Coordinate with recruitment, finance, and organizational development teams
