Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an HR Analytics and Workforce Planning professional to manage workforce planning, people analytics and employee engagement activities across the business. You will provide accurate workforce insights to support planning and decision-making and drive engagement and culture initiatives.

Key responsibilities include forecasting with partners, monitoring headcount and movements, managing data and dashboards, analyzing attrition and engagement surveys, and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience including workforce planning, analytics and engagement.
• Strong knowledge of workforce forecasting, HR data management and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills to interpret trends and provide insights.
• Strong planning, organization, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage workforce planning and forecasting with partners and Finance.
• Monitor headcount, vacancies and movements and reflect changes in plans and systems.
• Oversee cost of company analysis, cost tracking and variance reporting.
• Manage people data, reporting and dashboards ensuring accuracy across key metrics.
• Consolidate and analyze people data to identify trends and areas needing attention.
• Provide actionable people insights to support priorities and leadership reporting.
• Lead the employee Pulse Check survey process, including analysis and action planning.
• Plan and coordinate engagement, recognition, culture and wellbeing initiatives.
