The role supports the Real Estate HR function by turning employee, cost, planning, and performance data into practical insights for HR Business Partners, Finance teams, department heads, and senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support manpower cost planning, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and periodic reviews against actual workforce cost data.
- Analyze in‑house and outsourced employee populations to help HR and Finance teams understand workforce cost movement.
- Maintain accurate HR data in SAP Analytics Cloud and support consistent adoption by HR Business Partners and Finance users.
- Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and user support for reporting tools, planning systems, and manpower cost processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and self‑service reporting solutions across the employee lifecycle.
- Build practical reporting views for headcount, workforce movement, manpower cost, attrition, hiring, compensation, and organizational trends.
- Promote dashboard usage among HR and business stakeholders by ensuring reports are clear, reliable, and easy to interpret.
- Automate recurring HR reporting and operational processes using Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and related Microsoft tools.
- Support the development of AI‑enabled workflows and agents that improve HR service efficiency and reduce manual reporting effort.
- Prepare executive‑level reporting packs with clear findings, assumptions, commentary, risks, and recommendations.
- Present complex HR data in a simple and visual format for both in‑person and digital stakeholder discussions.
- Manage monthly Total Rewards case cycles and support compensation, incentive, and reward‑related analytics.
- Validate compensation data, identify inconsistencies, and support process improvements with HRBPs and Group Total Rewards teams.
- Conduct deep‑dive analysis to solve workforce and business problems using structured data analysis methods.
- Translate business questions into measurable HR analytics outputs that support planning, productivity, and cost decisions.
- Act as a trusted analytics partner for HRBPs, Finance, department heads, and business leaders.
- Deliver timely ad‑hoc reports, workforce insights, scenario analysis, and data‑backed recommendations.
- Maintain data governance discipline by checking accuracy, consistency, definitions, and reporting logic across HR datasets.
- Use Python, BI tools, and analytics techniques to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities within workforce data.
- Contribute to group‑level HR analytics initiatives and support the wider reporting and automation agenda.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, MIS, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience as an analytics specialist, HR analyst, workforce analytics professional, or BI reporting specialist.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, manpower cost planning, workforce analytics, and employee lifecycle reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tableau or similar BI tools is an advantage.
- Experience automating workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint, Copilot Studio, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, data cleaning, automation, or machine learning use cases.
- Ability to work with HR, workforce, compensation, and manpower cost datasets.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to investigate complex business questions and recommend practical solutions.
- Excellent data storytelling skills with the ability to prepare senior‑level presentations and reporting packs.
- Good stakeholder management skills, especially when working with HRBPs, Finance, Total Rewards, and department leaders.
- Strong attention to data accuracy, reporting consistency, confidentiality, and process discipline.
- Comfortable working under pressure while managing recurring deadlines, ad‑hoc requests, and multiple reporting cycles.
- Ability to encourage user adoption of dashboards, automation tools, and self‑service reporting solutions.
