Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai seeks a skilled HR data and planning professional to oversee workforce analytics, HR data management, and planning initiatives. You will design dashboards, run analytical studies, ensure data accuracy in the GRP system, and support talent planning and attraction projects in alignment with Dubai Government policies.

Responsibilities include updating organizational structures, generating reports, and coordinating with IT and Finance to streamline HR data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent; 5 years of practical experience.
• Quantitative and statistical skills to review, analyze and present data for executives.
• Excellent communication, listening and written skills.
• Resourceful team player with ability to build relationships.
• Highly analytical thinking to streamline complex processes.
• Proficient with software across wide applications; business writing.
• Problem identification and resolution skills.
• Flexible team player who can juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned
• Follow updates to organizational structure and reflect changes in relevant systems and reports
• Prepare and design a dashboard and feed it with data related to the Authority's workforce
• Prepare analytical studies on HR planning and provide recommendations to the department director
• Prepare a job analysis tool for all available jobs according to approved structures
• Monitor, measure and analyze department performance indicators and suggest improvements
• Manage and implement data-related planning and talent attraction projects per policy
• Ensure compliance with HR legislation and internal policies
• Support committees and teams in Talent Planning and Attraction
• Extract reports from GRP system; coordinate with IT to address obstacles
• Prepare and update data records on work procedures and job data
• Develop HR data management, verify data accuracy in GRP system
• Support reviews of studies, tools, and records related to HR needs
• Prepare work files, tools, and analytical reports; perform workload and need analysis
• Prepare monthly progress reports on procedures, projects and initiatives
• Prepare and develop forms of documents and reports on workforce planning and budgeting
• Manage employee data, extract and analyze, ensure quality and timely submission
• Address GRP system challenges in coordination with Digital Dubai
• Update GRP and its data in coordination with Digital Dubai
• Coordinate with Finance by creating cost center codes in GRP system
