Job summary

Crown Farms is seeking a seasoned Human Capital Business Partner to collaborate with leadership and frontline teams. You will drive workforce planning, policy implementation and employee relations while enabling growth across the business in Fujairah, UAE.

The role requires 5-7 years HR experience, strong knowledge of Labour Law and MOHRE, and proficiency with HRIS. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus. Join us to shape a high-performing, compliant HR function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or senior HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, Emiratisation and NAFIS requirements.
• Experience supporting diverse workforces, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, operations or a multi-entity business.
• Strong stakeholder management, coaching, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS platforms; Odoo experience is an advantage.
• CIPD Level 5 or SHRM certification is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, headcount requirements and people priorities.
• Implement Group Human Capital policies, procedures and governance standards.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee relations and people-related decisions.
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace investigations in line with Labour Law.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews and internal mobility.
• Support talent management, succession planning, Emiratisation and NAFIS initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics, workforce data and reporting to support informed business decisions.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, organisational culture and HR system adoption.
