Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Senior Manager – Human Capital Business Partner to lead all people-related activities within the business unit, including organizational design, recruitment, talent management, rewards, employee relations, and compliance.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy, run workforce planning, design roles, drive performance and succession programs, and ensure engagement and wellbeing initiatives across the country.

Qualifications

• HC strategies that enhance organizational capability and business performance.
• Improve employee experience, engagement and workplace culture.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence senior leaders.
• Data-driven with HR metrics and analytics to guide decisions.
• Build robust talent pipelines through workforce planning and succession.
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years HR experience; retail experience preferred; professional certifications (SHRM, CIPD, AHRI) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Human Capital strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Partner on workforce planning, budgeting, organizational design and job evaluations.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for high-caliber talent.
• Drive talent management including performance, succession, and leadership development.
• Champion employee engagement and inclusion; manage country-level wellbeing programs.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards on compensation practices and job grading.
• Leverage HC analytics and dashboards for data-driven decision making.
• Advise leaders and employees on onboarding, policy, compliance and change management.
