Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. in Dubai is seeking a senior HR & Administration leader to drive HR strategies, governance, and services across the MEA region.

You will partner with department heads to optimize workforce planning, development, and performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient administration. The role requires a strong background in HR policy design, budgeting, and stakeholder management, with a focus on employee engagement and operational excellence within a manufacturing

Qualifications

8–10 years of progressive HR & Administration experience in a similar environment.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, immigration procedures, and HR best practices.
Bachelor's degree required; professional HR certification is a plus.
Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage HR and Administration functions to support organizational objectives.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with regional needs.
Partner with managers on workforce planning, organizational development, and manpower optimization.
Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle initiatives.
Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll accuracy, and HR analytics.
