Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a senior HR & Administration leader to drive HR strategies, policies, and programs across the MEA region, with emphasis on UAE compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, government relations, facilities, safety, and budgets, partnering with managers to align people initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR or equivalent) preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR and Administration experience; 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, immigration procedures, and HR best practices.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional HR projects across the MEA region.
• Develop and update HR policies and frameworks to align with business needs.
• Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation and directives.
• Partner with managers to provide strategic HR guidance and workforce planning.
• Develop HR metrics, workforce analytics, and monthly management reports.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, visas, and labour documentation.
• Manage administration and facilities management, budgets, and vendor relations.
