Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a dynamic, fast-paced defense environment in the UAE. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives across programs, support business reporting, and coordinate activities across locations.

This role requires proactive, agile HR professionals who can drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement in a multicultural setup within RTX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 5 years HR experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years HR experience.
• Experience as HR Business Partner supporting leaders, managers, and programs.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, org effectiveness, and employee relations.
