Job summary

RTX is seeking a Requirements & Capabilities Director for its Abu Dhabi operations to strengthen our UAE solutions, performance and relationships. The role drives country strategy, growth initiatives, and international collaboration across RTX business areas.

The candidate should have 14+ years in progressive leadership in defense sales or an advanced degree with 12+ years. Fluency in Arabic is required to engage with regional stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide Competitive Advantage to the Enterprise with comprehensive understanding of customer needs, buying power, and market dynamics to support the development and implementation of company-wide country strategy.
• Leads a team of Customer Account Managers focused on ensuring solid partnerships with our existing customers and building new relationships to drive pipeline growth.
• Support Raytheon international business development by identifying key markets and creating initiatives to support international growth.
• Committed to a one-RTX approach to international business development.
• Proactively supports the Raytheon Customer Campaigns and implementation.
• Actively engages RTX stakeholders and provides regular updates that include customer insights and market opportunity identification and development status, coordination of pursuits underway and key milestones.
• Drives Integrated Pipeline Reviews with business stakeholders and integrated customers teams.
• Provides situational awareness across Integrated Customer Account teams about total RTX business in-country and drives coordinated approach to opportunity development.
• Provides integrated guidance on messaging, engagement, and strategy with shared stakeholders.
• Facilitate and grow strategic relationship between RTX and in-country customers, stakeholders, partners to facilitate enterprise growth.
• Maintains continuity of strategic relationships and provides insights to RTX senior leaders acting as trusted advisor and facilitator to continued RTX growth.
