Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner for EMEA CS PXT to strategically drive the HR strategy for AWS Global Sales in MENAT. The role focuses on building a people agenda to enable performance and growth, leading talent management, and partnering across organizational design and workforce planning.

The candidate will be a senior HR leader, engaging with executives, driving change, and delivering data-driven HR solutions within a fast-paced tech sales environment in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Senior HR experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• University degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• Ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives and programs.
• Hands-on approach with attention to employee engagement.
• Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments.
• Coaching and mentoring Executives and Leaders of Leaders.
• Experience in development, employee relations, retention and rewards.
• Customer-obsessed culture fit with bias for action and delivering results.
• Comfort with high-volume workload and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Be a core strategic and trusted member of the AWS MENAT PXT team.
• Lead initiatives to drive performance and accelerate business growth.
• Oversee talent management cycle: Talent, Performance, Compensation, Succession, Leadership Development.
• Partner with business on org design, workforce planning, succession, and skills development.
• Represent AWS businesses in MENAT within the wider HR community.
