Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking an HR Business Partner - Fulfillment in Dubai to align HR initiatives with fast-paced fulfillment center operations and a large contractual workforce. The on-site partner will deliver generalist HR guidance, improve employee experience, strengthen leadership capability, and support safe, inclusive, high‑performing teams.

You will handle employee relations, HR analytics, policy application, recruitment support, process improvements, and coaching across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in international, fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting contingent or contractual workforces.
• Experience supporting large organizations (250+ employees) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support to fulfillment center leaders and a large operational workforce.
• Partner with site leadership to deliver HR initiatives that improve workforce performance and employee experience.
• Investigate root causes of workforce issues and recommend practical long-term solutions.
• Ensure policy intent, fairness, and compliance in HR decisions across shifts and teams.
• Drive HR analytics and workforce metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Lead or participate in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities when required.
