Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner – Delivery in Dubai to support last-mile and sub-same-day operations across the UAE. You will partner with station leaders to implement people plans, strengthen leadership, engage employees, and maintain a productive workforce.

The role requires practical HR guidance, change management, and strong data interpretation while working across multiple sites and leadership levels, contributing to regional HR projects and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of leadership or HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment legislation and local HR compliance.
• Experience supporting hourly paid employee populations in warehouse, distribution, or similar operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage trusted relationships with business leaders across delivery operations.
• Develop workforce plans that support operational demand and long-term objectives.
• Prepare business documents and implementation plans for HR initiatives.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, attendance, engagement, and change.
• Coach leaders to strengthen people-management capability across sites.
• Coordinate with shared service centers to resolve employee cases and provide admin support.
• Analyze workforce data and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
